About Our Company
Our mission is to help others direct their life through excitement and passion rather than guilt and shame.
Who We Are
We are a life coaching company that specializes in motivation mechanisms. We specialize in body image and religious perfectionism (scrupulosity). We are founded on the belief that growth is easier and more effective when it is motivated by excitement rather than guilt.
We have felt what it feels like to be guided by guilt. We have felt what it feels like to work hard and feel like you are barely scraping by. We have felt afraid, guilty, ashamed, and trapped. We have felt drained of energy as we pursued what we felt was best.
We have also felt what it feels like to be enlivened by daily tasks. We have felt excitement and passion. We have felt boosts in energy from tasks that once drained us. We have felt all of this, and we could not ignore the massive impact of this shift.
We are here to help you feel this too. Your goals and intentions are good! You are good! Some strategies you use just don't work. That is ok, other strategies do :)

What We Do
We teach what we call Experiential Energy Therapy. This is essentially a specific process to help people move energy from guilt to excitement. We have used this process ourselves, and we have seen it affect the lives of others in powerful ways.
Who We Are
We are passionate coaches who are always tying growth to life. We are both climber and have found deep excitement and growth in that pursuit. We have worked with many people and seen their transformations first hand. We love helping and we love teaching.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help people redirect energy from the mental frameworks that do not serve them to new mental frameworks that do. We believe in the power of mentality and we know that our energy depends more on our perspective than outward events. We are here to make life energizing and exciting!
